In the event that the customer submitted an image that is not suitable to render a high print quality, Hey Casey! reserves the right to automatically print the original image submitted and dispatch the order for delivery. No exchanges, refunds or returns will be granted for inferior printing quality due to unsuitable image supplied.
Please note that during High Season and our annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale the normal processing time is extended due to high volumes. Additionally, adhering to COVID-19 protocols can also cause a delay in production and delivery. Contact us to hear how long it might take.
