Processing Time
Usually we require 2-3 working days to process and print orders (custom orders can take longer). Please note during periods of load shedding that production of orders and shipping can be delayed. During the Festive Season and our annual Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale we experience high volumes and processing can take up to four weeks. We always do everything we can to dispatch orders as soon as possible, and we promise that it will be worth the wait!
Please note that processing time excludes the delivery time.
National Delivery - Door to Door Courier
Within South Africa, your order will be delivered to your doorstep via Courier if you select our Standard Delivery option. We use either Courier It or Deliver Your Parcel. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You will be able to track your parcel on our website using the URL in the email you received. (Please allow a few hours for the courier website to be updated with the tracking details) Depending on how busy the courier is and where in South Africa you are situated your order will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days. For outlaying areas an additional day could be added.
For orders of R650 and more, delivery is FREE of charge. We charge a flat rate of R89 for delivery on orders less than R650.
*Please note that our couriers do not deliver to centres, townships and other high risk areas.
International Delivery
At this time Hey Casey! can only accept international orders for Phone Cases. Mouse pads, desk pads and laptop skins cannot be sent internationally. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes that may occur on this item when shipped, that is the responsibility of the customer. International shipping can take up to 20 days, but is usually sooner ;-) We ship via Registered Mail and you will receive your parcel at your Post Office. All international shipments have a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on the shipment and know when to collect your order at your local Post Office
